The Master Inspector Certification Board, Inc. is a non-profit 501(c)(6), tax-exempt organization dedicated to promoting excellence in the inspection industry. The Board holds the registered Trademark Certified Master Inspector® (CMI), the inspection industry’s top professional designation, and awards it to qualifying inspectors who have demonstrated a high level of competency.
InterNachi Member
The International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) is the world's most elite, non-profit inspection association. Our home buying clients enjoy the professionalism only InterNACHI Certified Inspectors can provide. Our inspectors have all successfully passed InterNACHI's Inspector Examination, taken a Standards of Practice Quiz, completed a Code of Ethics Course, adhere to Standards of Practice, abide by a Code of Ethics, attend required continuing education courses, and are InterNACHI Certified.
NCLHIA Member
The North Carolina Licensed Home Inspector Association (NCLHIA) was formed in 1997 to provide a professional organization for all home inspectors licensed in North Carolina.Licensure is accomplished by meeting stringent requirements set by the State of North Carolina and passing a comprehensive examination administered by the Home Inspector Licensure Board. At present, there are more than 400 members of NCLHIA.
IAC2 Mold and Radon Certified
The International Association of Certified Indoor Air Consultants (IAC2) is the non-profit, certifying body for home and building inspectors who have fulfilled certain educational and testing requirements including those in the area of indoor air quality.
